This postpartum-friendly class is designed to support your healing journey while bonding with your baby. Appropriate for ages 2 weeks through crawling. Led by a Pelvic Floor PT, Yoga and Barre Instructor, we combine gentle, strength-based movement with functional yoga to rebuild your core, restore pelvic floor health, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive space.
Babies are welcome on your mat, in your arms, or doing their own thing nearby. Expect breath-led movement, foundational strength, deep pelvic support, and time for connection with a community of other new parents.
